Blocked on here or any other game site simply keeps a person from verbally abusing you and also keeps them from grabbing your games in waiting and from sending insulting messages to you. Tournaments and ladders are different ,you still dont have to listen to their crap but could easily have to play them.Remember Tournaments and Ladder games are ranked different than a casual game and thats why you may get stuck playing them. But they will be muted fools though if you're stuck playing them.
