A private challenge is sent to only one team, so there is no doubt which fellowship will accept it, so it can be done by any person with the proper rights (captain or boss). You know The Cave was already closed once in the past and I agreed to reopen it only if there would be no more problems. Now I can see a threat of revealing old posts which could cause the problems.
