Mélusine: There were some fatalities and lot's of homes, businesses and vehicles destroyed by flooding mostly, and a few by tornadoes. So many people here are still without power. Some cell phones are still a bit sketchy, some still don't have internet. It's a big mess..mainly on the coast. Sorry to hear you get hurricanes too. I dread them.
ScarletRose: I'm so sorry for your loss,Cathy. I know it's hard. The only thing keeping me going after my dad passed is knowing that he is with our Lord in heaven, no longer suffering, and enjoying his rewards. I know that he wouldn't want to come back to this horrible world. I will keep you in my prayers. Much love to you and God's comforting arms around you.
_Road Runner___: Praying for you, dear friend. Hope you are ok. It's not like you to not be on here and time out on your games. Others are worried about you too. Praying for you every day.
_Road Runner___: Thank you so much! I've been without power and had no service. All around us got hit pretty hard. We just got a lot of property damage, and some houses damaged, but mainly a lot of downed power lines and trees. What a mess. I feel so bad for those around us that especially got hit hard and all the flooding and lost lives and lost homes. I'm thankful to be here, house still standing, and back online.
Thank you for your prayers, Cathy. I'm so sorry to hear that about your dad and your mom. That is so sad. Will definitely be keeping you and your parents in my prayers.

My dad passed away yesterday. I'm just a total wreck I feel so broken. He got covid and he wound up in ICU having a hard time breathing and also threw him into AFib. He's never had anything wrong with his heart. After days of medication he seemed well enough to go home so they sent him home. He was home for a week and then went back in the hospital. They said he had a very bad lung infection and was retaining water and respiratory infection a covid pneumonia so they put him on very strong medication for that. For a little while he started to feel better and then all of a sudden he took a turn for the worst and they put him on a ventilator. After being on a ventilator for 2 days his organs started shutting down, kidneys first and his heart. Had to give him medication to keep his heart beating but nothing was working. They took him off the vent and the meds yesterday to let him die naturally because he just wasn't going to make it. He was my rock. I miss him so much. I've never felt this much pain. I know he's with God now and I know that he would not want to come back here in this world after being in heaven, but I just miss him so much. Oh, and he was completely vaccinated Plus had his boosters and yet he still got covid and died. I will never get vaccinated.
Tuesday: Heavenly Father, please have Mercy and Grace on Ukraine and it's innocent men, women and little children. Put your shield around them and protect them as no one else ever could. May the Whole World come together in prayers. I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen
Tuesday: I hope they are feeling better. Sending prayers your way. I just lost a sister-in-law this morning to covid. My husband's brother's wife. Her sister passed away last week due to covid, and their father is on ventilator. His kidneys are now failing. My husband and I lost our best friend to covid a few weeks back.. So many people over here have it, and it's so crazy how fast it's spreading. I know it's all in God’s hands, and they are in a better place, but I miss them, and hate that they had to die that way.. They were taken too soon. Prayers to all that need them.
Please say a little prayer for me and my husband. We were exposed to the coronavirus this past Sunday. Praying we don't get it. :-( Quarantined for 2 weeks. Hopefully no symptoms come about.
Carnie: So far we have not gotten any rain or wind. They said the rain might start around 3:40 PM, which is 15 minutes from now. Supposed to get worse by Tuesday. We'll see how it goes.
“Florida still falls within the cone of uncertainty & this monstrous storm can change course at any time,” Sen. Rick Scott said on Twitter midday Sunday. “Floridians MUST stay vigilant & informed. It’s far better to be over-prepared than under-prepared.”
PRAYING FOR THE BAHAMAS. They are getting hit Hard at a category 5!
“Excellent news for Florida this Saturday morning. The official forecast from NHC and the latest model forecasts are pointing toward an offshore Florida track as dangerous Dorian approaches," said WOFL-Fox 35 meteorologist Jayme King. "We’re not out of the woods by any stretch, this needs to be watched and all Central Floridians need to be on guard until the storm rides north of our location.” Thank you Heavenly Father!
Crosseyed Mary: Hi Mary, no others were injured. And yes, just seems so crazy here lately. It's a small town, it's always been so quiet.. Used to be nothing ever happened here.
Prayers go out to the families of the 5 women who were shot and killed in SunTrust bank. I knew these sweet ladies personally, as that is the bank that I am with. This is a small town, and this whole town is just devastated. I'm just at loss for words. RIP dear Angel's. I'm going to miss you dearly.
