If you are a Moderator, you have the option to "hide" a users message. I have had it happen, suddenly found myself with a great rating at games I'm not especially good at! It does happen, and mine sure dropped fast when I started playing with simlar rated players!

Once they have completed 25 games the rating is then changed to standard text.

You can take your own vacation / holiday days by picking which days you want as your vacation/holiday in the "Settings" ....
