 Chinese ChessXiangqi - Chinese Chess Knights and Rooks may join the Xiangqi Fellowship which has additional boards for discussion and resources (links to other sites). Pawns may not join the fellowships, but links from the Xiangqi resources board are have been copied to a Resources message. So it is perfectly normally to set up the position on your board at home and play through a few ideas before you decide on a move. It is also normal to look at the board and decide you have no idea how to proceed, so wait and see if you feel more inspired the next day. If Fencer would be happy to give us the option of a bigger board, like in western chess, then do you have some bigger pieces available?
