pauloaguia: Of course it is possible that Fencer wants to rest and therefore ... maybe. But as I know (please correct me, if I am wrong) there is no holiday in Czech Republic or Slowakia.
It would be better if publich holidays will be set with reasons.
chessmec: I think that the holidays are set according to the czech calendar... so it probably has nothing to do with USA's independence day.
But I'm only guessing, as I don't know why it would be an holiday in czech republic either...
chessmec: yes i see there are 3 public holiday days now (which explains some of my time limits) . maybe fencer is taking a few days away too ,thats the only thing i can come up with .
I noticed that today is a holiday. Suppose because in the USA is today such a holiday. In terms of equity it should be possible to give each nationality each own holiday.
Or are there another reasons for the holday today ?
yeah AS IF we all could get along and leave the past behind gittoutofit *plop* - . viceversa from hide to block is an option as well
I recommend using the great bk features flexibly (see also bg-db) ... ~*~
i suggest taht you put the amount of a particular players pond wins (tourney wins) next to the ratings. Just to make it more readily available. This could be used for all games as well.

thank you for applying for my board-hidelist, *plop* (on block you've been since longj)
could we please have a global hide-option for d-boards ? I'm a bit tired of the pertinent
troublemakers & waiting 4 a 1st inevitable provocation on each board to get a hidelink ... ~*~
harley: I knew this dude in an organization I was once in who made a scientific study of this kind of thing but he, the organization and my memory are all gone. LOL
Konu: Re: When every move is done / how long it takes
chessmec: the date/time is only inside of the gamepage itself thusfar.
it's possible though to document those obscurities by saving Jelly's profile
(registercard 'started games) as webpage or, in the convenient mozilla archiv format ... ~*~
Because there are some obscurities in handling timeouts it would be better when next to the move in the move columns the date/time of doing the move is printed and how long it takes.
Andersp: it would probably requires some recoding as i understand now a lot is linked to the direct number in the list ... where different languages would sort the list differently
the numbers should be fixed and the lists could be ordered easily .. which of course is possible .. but which is not how it is right now (i think i read somewhere)
you can easily have a rough estimation of the average established bkr by looking at his list of bkrs .. you can even more easily have his win/loss ratio by looking at his profile
what statistics do you want to know ?
i can understand you want to know your own position .. i am always interested in that .. but i dont have to know the exact position in the statistics of anyone else ... or that someone must be very close to me :)
hmm .. ok i see one point now (thinking while typing ;)) .. suppose you are at position 200 in the average bkr rankings .. then you might want to challenge the one who is at the 199th position for a game and thereby try to advance 1 spot in the rankings
Bry: Or if not a top 100, keep the top 50, but also say "You are in place XXX with a BKR of XXX" - or something so if we are not on a list, we know how far behind we are.
more people on the stats page (Top 50 players (average established BKR, 11 or more game types)and (Top 50 players (sum of established BKRs).) instead of 50 could we see 75 or even 100 people
