Do you miss something on BrainKing.com and would you like to see it here? Post your request into this board! If there is a more specific board for the request, (i.e. game rule changes etc) then it should be posted and discussed on that specific board.

Aganju: I'm not the biggest proponent for auto pass for Ludo, but I think it has been shown that this argument isn't huge. We already have it for backgammon, and it seems to work well. So it seems like it might be appropriate for Ludo too.
Konu: Re: if this exists I can't find it.if it doesn't,please can you create a brainking page listing..
CleverHunk: Well, in the menu to the left, under "Statistics" there is an Achievement link. You can see the various achievements in a drop down menu, and who's achieved them, etc.
At the top of your own Main Page, the Achievement points link takes you to your list of achievements, and how far you are from getting the ones you haven't gotten yet.
Hrqls: This sort of is like my really really old request. LOL. I had wanted a way to flag certain games. And then have another choice in the Submit drop box, to Move and Go to next flagged game.
El Cid: Personally, I don't think "no time control" should be allowed for tournaments. Fine for "friendly" games though. That affects only the two people. A tournament affects several other people.
Sure, sure, people can read before signing up, etc, etc, etc, but still, there are liberal enough constraints out there, to not allow tournaments to have this option.
grenv: The thing to remember though, is when that tournament was created, the rules of Cloning Backgammon were slightly different. I don't remember the details, but there were more than one way to get multiple points in a game of a match. (Besides just doubling) The rules were changed after that tourney started.
Tuesday: I'm sure I've seen Fencer say many times that "No one forces anyone to pay"
(Wouldn't necessarily be MY response, but I'm not the site owner!)
As far as your question on the Tournaments board, apparently no one who read it, had an answer. I doubt that Fencer reads every single post on every single discussion board. If you wanted a direct answer from him, after not getting one there, perhaps writing to him would have worked.
I haven't set up a tourney in a very long time, but as I recall, there is some difference in what shows, over what is entered, as far as starting date/time. It has to do with the time difference. I remember it being an issue in the past when I set up tournies more frequently. It seems to me I had to adjust the time for Czech time. I don't remember exactly, personally. I may also be completely in the dark and misunderstood your question. It wasn't all that clear nor full of details/information.
nodnarbo: Hmm. Mine takes me to the precise Event.
The one difference I DO notice though is that it doesn't preview the subject of the event when I hover my mouse over the number. (Which it DOES do on the message box)

Justaminute: Well no, it's because Fencer says so. And you were told the reasons. You're being a bit dramatic about the whole thing. Frankly, it's a good rule. Some of us saw the problems it caused before it was the case.
Justaminute: It's pretty clear. There are rules on this site. People were breaking the rules. This was a way to minimize it. I'm not sure why it's so hard to understand, or why it should be so bothersome to a non-pawn.
Konu: Re: Keep active players on the leader boards
Thad: I agree. I'm glad there has been some sort of rule put in place to keep the ranking list "active" but I think in some ways it's a little too strict. Maybe ONLY in the way that multi win/point action isn't counted until the end. It could use tweaking, but I'm glad it's not how it "used to be".

KJ: Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but in the message you get, when you win/lose (now in the "Events" box), there is still an offer to invite to a new game. It is all the way at the bottom of the message.
(Though, perhaps not, if it is a person who has invitations turned off, that I'm not sure of)
coan.net: I would also like to see a reminder of how I voted, when the results are tabulated. Once in a while, I can't remember! I guess that sounds dumb, though. But it's true!
Orlandu: The easiest way would be to look at your profile, click on the Fellowships tab, and scroll down, and it shows you what teams you are on in any fellowship.
alilsassy: Ahh, I see i misunderstood your question. I was going to mention the "Who is online" link in the "Statistics" part of the left menu, as Pedro did, but I assumed you knew about that. lol.
alilsassy: The chat room already does tell who is "present". It looks like it lists people who are either on the "static" page, or have the actual chat box enabled. It looks like it is split up in to 2 parts. From what I have seen, when someone has actively typed something in the chat box, their name goes to the top section of the list. After a certain period of time, it drops back down to the bottom part of the list.
"GERRY": Feature Requests isn't really the best board for this sort of thing, but what exactly does "not playing for me today" mean? I personally am not having problems with any of my games, but if you get more specific, someone might be able to help.
You can find someone's user number by going to their profile. (ID #)
One way to find the top chess players, would be to choose "Ratings" in the left hand menu, and then click on "Chess"
Choose the people you are interested in, get their ID#'s and insert them in the URL above.
Of course, you may have to click on the different years to find some games. On that screen you will see a list of all game types they have played together. When you click on the game type. You will see the games they played this year. If they haven't, you will have to click on the other years. Unfortunately, the "Last 10 Finished Games" isn't working still.
Universal Eyes: Well, if I am understanding correctly what you are asking for, that already exists. On the main page of your fellowship, if you click the "Matches" tab, it lists all team matches. (Waiting, In Progress, and Finished)
SL-Mark: My guess would be that maybe if a tournament consists of 10 different game types, that tournament is 10, and if one contains only one game type it is just 1? Just a thought.
Pason69: Well, it isn't exactly what you are asking for, but there is the option of using "Move and go to next game of this type", which we already have.
pauloaguia: Yeah, the pop up idea would be good. I was about to comment that I think 1 minute is too short, because personally, I doubt I would just sit there waiting. I would probably make a move in a game or 2 and come back.
A pop up would solve that though. Especially if you could make your bid right on that pop up!
