Fencer: I can't see a note about this anywhere, but you may know already.
Have you tried to 'Hide Message Archive' at the bottom of you game page ?
It just sends you back to your Main screen. I only knew when a Pawn messaged me saying they were trying to get theres back and this kept happening to them.
