Most complaints seem to be about drug/alcohol abuse, and as such are a police matter, who tell the NMC of any convictions. But this could be said of any health service worldwide. I've seen video's of policemen from various countries assaulting civilians with for no reason. Bus drivers ignoring that an old person cannot move fast, not giving them the time to get on the bus despite that persons obvious effort to catch that bus.

The solution.. fire them.. prosecute if needed.
