Czuch:

That's not good is it!! And also you have to figure that maybe a persons policy doesn't go far enough, or some company will weasel out of paying for treatment to make a bigger profit.

Actually that 18,000 is quite conservative. I've heard approx 40,000 a year might be the real figure in deaths that your system.
