题目: Prize tourny - brains.

Why..

If you create a tournament with an entry fee with brains ,

..The total sum of the prizes cannot exceed 70%....?
Shouldn't it add up to 100%..?

afella: Well, the former purpose of this rule was to generate an additional income for BrainKing itself.

However, it is no longer necessary, so it could be increased to 100%.
