Snoopy:if i remove someone before the start can that player could still come back and join ?
hopefully i will be there 100% when tourney starts ... in general it will be for pple of certain fellowships besides of course a list of players that cannot join anyway and that i will say .... ( Vikings is on that list too .. ) or people that have decided not to play in it anyway ( Snoopy for exemple ) but whom i will send invite if they want to :). Now friend Coan Net and Snoopy wich is the best set up for a tourney where there will be the first 10 players rewarded ?? how i set up the tourney ?? ( do 10 groups and the winners will play then ? do eliminitaion and the last 10 do a different tourney ) // what are your suggestion esepcially you 2 that have done and organize tons of tourneis .. on this list i would like also the opinion of somelaughs and other big boss of fellowships :)

FrancescoLR: the answer to first part of question is NO once a person is removed they CANNOT rejoin

Snoopy:does it sounds good that the tourney will be single elimination ( with a match game of 3 or 4 games ) so any pawn should be able to join even if they have only 1 slot open for game ??
about the time 100% i will use fisher clock ( 3 days to start with 1 day of extra time and maximum of 6 days ) or not use any vacations ( could be either 5 or 6  days no vacation )

and fischer clock always works well

FrancescoLR: Time is going to be the biggest thing.If that is not set right it can go on for year,s.You as creator of the tournament can do anything up to the minute it start,So be online before it does,& stay in your tournament as it is about to start because there is all kind,s of unwanted players here.It will go into the red time .Being as big it could be.Most tournaments will start within 5 to 10 minute,s.Check with Fencer on that.I can hardy wait to see this one start.GOOD LUCK MY GOOD FRIEND:))))

and it dosnt really matter how short you make the time limit
if its a large tournament it will go on for at least a year anyway simply because the prize is a black rook

Snoopy: Yes i agree with you.As of now my prize tournament is full.If i had the prize in it could start it now then.I never new you could start & close them.Thanks Snoopy:))

Snoopy: How do you close a tournament & start them ?

"GERRY": you just change the date and time to a time thats just passed and to close it
you just type how many ppl are allowed into it in the box
