By the way, my son's email is a .navy.mil and not a .com address, so I was wondering if the problem had anything to do with acknowledging his email account. If not, then is there something he can do from his end to speed up the approval process? He said everything went fine with the sign up, and has been waiting to get approved.

And it might not have been the same day he sent the email telling me about it. I'll ask him what date he registered. Thanks again for looking into this...
