It sounds to me like a corrupt cookie.! Have you tried deleting the BK ones & re-logging in.?

yes :( have deleted every darn thing...defrag, cleaned out all files, rubbish bin, cookies, old files, new files etc etc...you name it...I did it LOL...thanks

<Try to Delete Temporary Internet Files of IE by theai menu: Tools -> Internet Options. After that close all of IE window. If do not help, try to upgrade IE and FIX your windows by Windows Update.
Mainly use latest cumulative patch for IE. I recomend to use all critical patch from Windows Update.

Have already deleted TEMP INT files. but will try and gett the IE upgrades...thanks so much
