Snoopy: I used to submit questions all the time and also thought it would be fun to be interviewed.. I gave up on it.. this board anymore is just wasted like most others..
ScarletRose: I agree. I always waited to be interviewed my self. Considering you and I are one of the longest members here. Seems very onesided with the "male" interviews. I hardly look here anymore myself. Guess we aren't freinds enough with the right people.
Hannelore: I got to thinking that also.. but, if I so much as made a comment about it.. I had a member of the Male species.. (at least I think he is male).. make snide remarks at me elsewhere.. of course.. he HAD been interviewed..
Tuesday: Heck I used to show interest.. I had several questions I posted.. and yet, I was never selected.. Now.. I am not stating this to sound as though I am whining.. I am just answering a thought you had.. :) I always thought it would be fun with some of the off the wall questions..
Tuesday: I too have pposted many questions. Sometimes it was hard to come up with one, when you have one or two people ask 50 questions each, monopolizing the process. Same ones every time.
Hannelore: I don't know how the process works so I may be suggesting things that are already in place.
Instead of people asking questions, a set series of questions should be posed. These questions should be of general interest to all. They would cover the basics.
Next, people are free to submit up to three questions. NOT ALL questions could get asked, "What is your favorite color" isn't an interesting question. It tells you nothing about the person. Questions of substance are far more interesting. AND since people know which questions would be posed from the initial set of questions (a pre-determined set) they can avoid asking those general questions.
All this may be moot since with BK 3 there will be no more public boards.
a suggestion for the selecting proces : let people submit their candidates (not yourself) .. then create a poll of those candidates .. that list and poll can be on here or on facebook or somewhere else of course this list and poll should be maintained by the interview organizer
someone's favourite color can tell something about that person .. is it a standard color ? is it a bright color ? is it a color you only know about when you are in specific environment ? (is it sandy yellow, then you are from texas, is it white then you are from alaska, or maybe the opposite)
the same with the names of a person .. the name itself migth not have any influence .. but the ones who picked the names usually are also the ones who raised (and formed) that person
