I can see how some will be weeded out by the free market, but some will not. I expect the government to regulate and set rules of good business. EG banned directors... One guy who had been banned for fraudulent business practices, just set up another business and hoped to get away with it. In your world he would, the government is through info supplied by the public stopping it. Is that a bad thing? |
