Artful Dodger: Ah yes.. we've a small problem with the last government having over spent.. ya know like Bush did.. leaving the USA in trillions of dollars in debt.

So every public budget is being cut. These secret plans are probably just people talking about how we as a country can save billions of pounds this year. It's not like the American healthcare companies who refuse treatment for a profit. That is trully callous. How on earth did they get away with turning down 9/11 emergency service hero's is beyond me.
