24. Juli 2003, 22:37:14  Actually I know that Fencer had at least for 1 tournament (the $250 Gothic Chess tournament) made it so the person ranked #1 was in section #1, rank #2 was in section #2, etc...
BUT I don't know if this was just a 1 time thing, if it is random, or some sort of pattern. |
