I had never heard of him before, but thought he has an extra-ordinairy talent! What is the Theme today? I perhaps will post a recording from when I had the honor worshiping God with a band when the theme of the Sunday was 'Israel'.. It's not opera though  so, don't want to ruin the theme.. Radiant2007 :-): Oh, this is going to be exciting. Our little friend from the Netherlands is going to be in culture shock tonight. Hahaha! Bluegrass is American music and it is a melting pot, just as this country is. You can read a more indepth history of the genre in Wikipedia. You will find that Bluegrass has some Scottish and Irish sounds, as well as other countries. This was one point I wanted to make tonight. Bluegrass is not about ignorance, and hillbillies, it is a celebration of the melding of many cultures. Thank you for asking the question. 26.
