14. September 2004, 18:42:41 An interesting point came up yesterday on General Chat in that there may be one or more customer service representatives who have members on their enemies list. I contend that it's impossible for a person to function as a CSR if they can not be reached by those very customers and would like an assurance that no CSR has any members on their enemy list. |
