WatfordFC: nothing personal lady- but you missed my point...
Point in fact- Fencer set precedence when he took points away from a few people last month when they figured out how to beat the system- If memory serves- they were not 'capped' but eliminated...[lol- redundant in usa;]

please don't kill the messenger for pointing out the truth- [as i remember it, am tired and must retire. am sure someone will correct me if i am mistaken]

nightmagic:pleasure is mine lady;] the ludo games i played were before any of this ap stuff started... it was merely letting the ladies choose another game besides backgammon... [however i will NOT play that game again! for love nor money]

Foxy Lady; that remark, hmmmmm

nightmagic: i have bags under my eyes because i like to play- fast and often! [ok, i am old too;] was in top 50 aps last month...[don't care-don't know this month]-

BUT i like the social intercourse, and am even learning to write another language! [have no idea how to speak it;]

*BOB*on*Bush*: in this life i've done Ludo for special requests, but it wasn't 'aggravation'- and not dark chess... have compromised by specializing in gammon;]

WatfordFC:
Rainbow days and anybody else including myself who have got more than the 500 secret action points for the day have done nothing wrong, none of us have tapped into the system, we have all worked out how to get them ourselves

Fencer has capped it, he did it yesterday when he realised himself, that it was getting out of hand, and i agree with what he did.

I really cant see what all the fuss is about.

Walter Montego; I too would like a speed rating and could care less about action points- although I have no 'brains' it takes a modicum of intelligence and time to play Dark Chess successfully... while Ludo... [well, they would have a faster 'speed rating'] ROFLMAO!

Teema: Re:
torpedo man: last month a person got more points by 'reading' the boards... when that was 'tweaked' simple games like ludo were the key 'move' games... i just kept playing backgammon...
this month more points can be earned by 'reading' ads... ludo probably still rules... i just keep playing backgammon...and chatting...that's why i'm here;]
last year while playing utopia on swirve, one of their 'innocuous ads' tried to access my brokerage account! i'll just keep active x and pop-ups blocked, and play as long as i can...

Teema: Re: I played with 'the last minute player', how can I do?
kkkeeek: i empathise... I don't want to be in a position where it takes one guy 19 days to make 3 moves- [7days@move]! so i offered a draw, which he took, that cost me 40 points! [in my profile i've a link to the 'quick players club;]

--- that guy is a member- NOT quick player, but a rook- so i started eliminating all members and played with pawns until i realized that pawns can play slow too, and members can play fast;]

so now i just go with 1/1/7 and no days off...
AND i explain it to whomever i invite or when i create a new game....

NEW to 1/1/7? Here is a quick introduction;] lol

NO vacations or weekends [want a weekend? MOVE!-
A week's [unpaid;] vacation? MOVE A LOT!;]

1/1/7 = Time for the game;
1/ = 1 day starting time for the game
/1/ = 1 day bonus for each move added to 1/
/7 = 7 days maximum total time for game [1/]

the opponent's clock starts when someone makes a move- [then waits]- you are not charged time while waiting-

we rack up bonuses playing on-line at the same time-

so let us rip off at least a half-dozen moves or more now and max limit to 7 days- then if you want to slow to a couple a day...or so… [i prefer fast games;]

Terms ok? No? Please send your counter invite;]

6. - 10. place: 6 month Brain Knight membership?

I realize that it is double the 200 brains- but could have added future benefits…

Kudos to Fencer for-
1. The Action Points idea
2. The prizes
3. Being able to adjust on the fly…

I am so happy that I don’t have to ‘read’ anymore for those inflated points…
[Although I did actually find some interesting posts/threads;]

I plan on continuing to play as I’ve done in the past, tweaking to rid myself of slower players…

Shortly after I’d joined IYT a couple of years ago~ burst appendix cost me ~100 games…
Have appointment later this month… plan to join BK AFTER/IF I get clean bill of health…

Again- thank you Fencer! [Best overall site;]
