Marfitalu: I had never tried it before. I clicked the scroll wheel and it opened up a new browser window! I'm learning all kinds of intersting things today!
"Snoopy": No worries. It was because when I first installed it the tab wasnt visiable. It had to be set up in preferences. I couldnt see it for the life of me.. As Jason would say, DOH!!
I've been pointed in the right direction! Anyone else that can't find it, check preferences.. I had something checked that wouldnt show me the tabs. Thanks Groucho!
I use FireFox 2.0. I like it better than IE. But, since I upgraded to 2.0 I've had some problems. Every once in a while, FireFox won't load. When this happens, it showes up in "Processes" under task manager, but nothing hits the screen. All I have to do is kill the process, then it will load again.
Mr. Shumway: Thanks dude. I dont need an html editor or an irc client or a newreader. I jus switched to this when my smiley disappeared using FF.. IF someone using Seamonkey can tell me how to access tabbed browsing that would be kool. Maybe its the wrong version I am using? 1.0.6
xmas is soon: Firefox is great. The problem is with less than 512 Ram you may get problems as more things run. XP uses alot of Ram itself, in fact if you have less than 256 i dont think it will even install.
"Snoopy": What size memory do you have ? It will struggle to run properly if you have Windows XP running it & only 256 of RAM. Also try to keep to only one window, with a max of about 8 Tabs. That helped me.
"Snoopy": It was me that told Rose about it, after you told me you used it. I thought it may solve some of her problems.
If she is having problems with Seamonkey (wonder if they are related to ME lol) as well, i wonder if it could be anything else. Thats all her browsers that she has hassle with.
Rose: The purpose of Seamonkey is to be more than a browser - it is a browser, an email client, a news reader, an irc client and a wysiwyg-html-editor in one single application. So if you look for a browser, use firefox. If you look for an email app, use thunderbird. Only if you want to have everything integrated consider using Seamonkey (not ;)).
By the way: on the project page they say that Seamonkey has tabbed browsing...
Does anyone know what the purpose of Seamonkey, the browser is? It is no where near as good as FireFox, no tabbed browsing, doesn't stop pop ups and sucks for many java applications.. I'm stumped as to why they promote it.
Luke Skywalker: No.. I gave him the new IP. He also has completely installed Linux on to a new system an no luck. BUT, good news. Marfitalu is in contact with him and is helping out. WOOHOO!
Marfitalu: He has gone through just about every version from mandrake, suse, mandriva, debian etc.. he keeps trying different distributions.. No luck.. He can get every other site he goes to to work, But since the latest down time we had a few weeks ago, he cannot get in here.. He was in for about an hour the other day. Went to get back in next day an nothing. His browsers are firefox and the mozilla's
So Marfitalu, you are using Linux now and have no problem at all with accessing the site?
I've a friend who uses Linux and they havent been able to access the site in weeks. They reinstalled a few things, tried many different browsers and after playing here for 3 or 4 years just cant get in to the website at all. Any one know of anyone else using Linux with this prob?
Rose: I think AVI or MP4 is better, anyway , first rip dvd movies with one dvd ripper software such as super dvd ripper , then use a video trimmer software for trim that movie , but i think all of software in this case are shareware , so using crack version of this software is my offer. use this website for find some full version(setup file + crack ) of this software(or everything else ;) ): www.rapidshared.org
ali: I just want to take a snippet of film to add to a client's website instead of showing their entire movie. They want a 30 second piece and we figured Mpeg format was best.
"Snoopy": You have just downloaded it, run it without installing rare extensions, and when you visit BK it crashes? And if you visit other pages it doesn't?

Marfitalu: i just fine it very strange has no one has these problems and its only with firefox2 it happens i do have 2 other mozilla browsers i use Seamonkey and Mozilla im wondering if having these 2 browsers also on my computer is having an affect with it
ive downloaded it 3 times so far and each time it whilst in BK it crashes and freezes up before i download it again need to know if anyone else has this problem
MadMonkey: hmm not sure .. maybe you visit this site more often than other sites ? maybe the other sites have different files for each page while brainking uses something else (i think :)) ?
i play a lot of backgammon games, quite some battleboats (didnt play ludo for a few weeks though), and some more games, but everything looks as it should for me
maybe fencer just added this for overseas players ;)
