ClayNashvilleTn: I remember you wondering about my name too. I'm sure she wouldn't mind you asking about her hair. But..only her hairdresser knows for sure.
But I agree with harley, let's save these great questions and PM them to her to be asked in the interview. I have so many questions, I just can't decide what to ask. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
i was just wondering - if you put someone on your blocked users list i know they cant see when you are online but can you see them when they are online??
Plus if you are a board moderator and I go to your board it sows with a green dot if you are currently online, so at least for a moderator it wont work for them to put you on enemies cause you cvan still find out if they are here or not.
bumble: ah, well there is the catch cause I cant have her on my friends and enemies at the same time and its cause she is on my friends list that I can see she is online even though she has me on enemies.
Well I took you off my friends list and added you to the blocked list and I can't see you on the who is online page so........I do see your db messages though but I haven't seen the lil message underneath your name that says what you are doing...
Oh wait I can see you on the Who's online page! You must have logged off or something. And I can see the lil message under your name that shows what you are doing....hmmmmm....
efenaye: Yes, it is the first person to get 5 points wins. 1 point for a win 1/2 point for a tie. In the end it only counts like you won 1 game thought.
I've received a request from several players if I could add a possibility to buy more vacation days than the membership level allows.
Well, since we have an option of games/tournaments without vacations, I think I can add this extra feature now. The question is, what would be the best price for one extra vacation day?
Fencer: 25¢ per day or a $1.00 a week. I'd still limit it to around two extra weeks maximum per six months. If my prices seem kind of low, it's because one would be paying to not use the service. As for the limit, I think it'd get to be too much if you had a lot of people just buy the whole year off and not have to make a move at all. If you're going to allow someone to do it without limitation, then I think you'll need to make it so the game or tournament can also be created to have a limit on vacation days. The way it is now, it's either the old way where you can use your vacation until it's used up or the new way where you can't use any vacation at all. It'd be nice to be able to allow a choice for the creator to make a limit of say 8 vacation days in a game or tournament. That way, a vacation could be taken, but someone in the tournament couldn't go for six weeks and leave everyone else hanging until the get back and play. Have the spread go from no vacation days all the way to available vacation days and anything in between.
BTW, I don't care, but I think a lot of pawns will be against the possibility to buy extra vacation days. It would create a problem for the old slow going tournaments.
Fencer: The opinion of "a lot of pawns" is not important.
Pawns still make up for most of the members on this site. Without them you'd have no site!
Anyway, pawns will be able to buy vacation days as well, right?
Luke Skywalker: The fact that you can now start games where vacation days don't count might make it easier on the pawns.
