Would it be possible (well i know it is lol), if we are going to have a Team Challenge Waiting Room in the next version of BrainKing for a script to run every day or so to check players that have been entered in that Team.

Players entered in a Team in the waiting room, could of left the site, gone to a Pawn, changed fellowships, BUT they are still shown in that Team.

I think a script should run once a day, check all players still comply to the Rules (i.e. Still in that Fellowship, not a Pawn & played on the site recentley). If anything seems wrong, the Challenge should be deleted
There are numerous reasons why a player may no longer be able to play, the most annoying one is if they are no longer here on BrainKing.

Pedro Martínez: Thank you, interesting. There is predicted to be a peak in solar activity in 2012, the result of which (depending upon the polarity) could wipe out many communications. Maybe this is what MadMonkey is referring to, that possibly he will not be able to move on BK

can somebody explain to me how a fellowship can be deleted when it has a tournament running?

If I wanted to leave the fellowship and was playing in a tournament it wouldn't allow me to leave.

How crazy.... the Final of Jan 2008 Clone Wars has just started, not bad going after 2 years

Sadly, one of our player has not been on BrainKing since August 2008........BUT they still get 2 games in the Final

Happy 3rd birthday! round 1 still has some happy decades before it can start to think about retirement. My own retirement will surely come first.

I just think its crazy to start a Tournament one player short. Hope the new BrainKing allows substitutes or maybe even waits before the next round starts, until the Team has been confirmed......not to worry, we will concede a 2-0 start to them

Something i just noticed on the same subject though. A Fellowship i was Little Boss of, i no longer am, and the guy who was Big Boss, is now Little Boss.....and the Big Boss is 'nobody', in fact it does not even show a Big boss in the Fellowship........now thats REALLY odd

he must of given someone his password and that person must of deleted them
maybe by mistake or not is something we will never know for sure

I am puzzled by something(well I,m puzzled anyway but) I saw in one Fellowship that the Mode was on pawns must be approved. So can pawns join an invite only Fellowship or is it me? I thought you had to be a rook.
