There will NOT be personal bickering on this board. As was stated on the Fellowship board earlier.
And yes, General Chat should PLEASE try to be kept to "General Chat" board. It's certainly not a big emergency, but there is no reason why general conversation can't go there.

I was hoping on a serious conversation folks and trying to get Filip to stop in and comment but he never will join in if we moan and groan. I know many could care less but was hoping a few did with a little coin in their piggy bank. Or is it even worth it at this point?
Carnie: But Carnie it was the total opposite years ago. We sent him money to keep it going and over 100 black rooks. So some may think fencer already took advantage.
Carnie: Black rook is equivalent to 10 years of rook memberships. Fencer gave me mine, or a reduce price not sure of the amount because of the memberships I bought for tournaments and I sponsored about 10 players here also. I bought thousands of dollars of brains and put them in tournaments as well. I think its around 600 usd? Have no complaints because I made many friends here and even traveled to meet some of them. I had a fellowship called in it to win it where all the tournaments were prizes.
Carnie: I'm at my daughters house withn my grandkids and used my daughters laptop. Jessica is my daughter. or universe. Thought I was talking to you. This happen in the past, sorry. I don't look to see who was logged on, I just commented.
Subject: Re: What should happens with Forever Rooks?
playBunny: change the name of Brainking to something similar. The company brainking goes out of business and a new company emerges. There would be no need to honour old memberships for anyone. Perhaps offer a little incentive or discount for black rooks that continue to want to be part of the new "brainking"
I have offered a prize tournament in Brians Pub. It is still showing that it is not paid for. I have messaged Fencer 3 times and I don't think he has checked his messages. If someone knows how to get ahold of him, please let him know.

heavenrose: Actually he does respond to people. He responds to me any time I've contacted him. (Though I don't need to very often). So you can't say he "never" does. He probably doesn't reply to frivolous messages though.
Perhaps he hasn't been on since Doris wrote to him. Or at least not long enough to do anything about it.
I think we see the problem with brainking going on autopilot in 2018. If there is an issue with something like memberships or problem with paying for a prize to win in a tournament, and there is a glitch, how does this get resolved? One has to think before spending money here as it may not be as secure as when someone is monitoring it.

Brian1971: I am prepared to take the risk of spending money in site as I pay through Paypal. Also even if you think this site will not be monitored where memberships fee are concerned the money would be going into an a bank account and Fencer would be aware of that.

Hey is there any interest in around Europe to have like a big Brainking meeting beginning 2018? We could meet for 2 days in spring 2018 in an European country with low living costs, for those who wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise... We could have like a live tournament ...or is there already some similar projects around? We could meet in the near of Prague /Czech Republic and have a chance to see Fencer as well and might speak also in person about Brainkings future...

ketchuplover: I know that some American like to put ketchup even on cookies, but i guess if you like to join us in Europe we will provide tons of ketchup only for you
Subject: Re: European Brainking tournament meeting
Carnie: thx. main goal is just to have fun by meeting in real and have some real playing somewhere. i think it would be nice to meet also Fencer but i don't think anyway there is a "fast" solution for brainking. i guess if it would be there would already be a solution, so i think spring is a good time in order to organize things. like date, location etc... it can even be in a small group, if there is not enough interest to do it...everything is open

speachless: I don't know if you've ever seen this page : http://brainking.com/en/PhotoGallery but there used to be get togethers in Fencer's area. There are no recent pictures, but I guess that doesn't mean that they don't still happen.
