November 2005, 19:39:30 Subject: Re:  wellywales: My experiences are that many people who log in only once a day and they just experience a temporary downtime which takes 30 seconds, they call it "a big problem". That's not a big issue. Moreover, our monitoring system logs all downtimes and we know exactly what the performance is. Of course, we cannot be responsible for network problems outside our scope. |
