Point in fact- Fencer set precedence when he took points away from a few people last month when they figured out how to beat the system- If memory serves- they were not 'capped' but eliminated...[lol- redundant in usa;]

please don't kill the messenger for pointing out the truth- [as i remember it, am tired and must retire. am sure someone will correct me if i am mistaken]
