Bernice: You paid for a Brainbishop and you are a BrainKnight at the moment. You can see in bold letters that you have paid for the Brainbishop.

Bernice: Because you have a higher membership level at the moment, you are still a brain knight until 15th July, after that the brain bishop should kick in.
