That occurrence is browser independent (though the look of the page may be different from one browser to another). Usually just means Fencer is messing with our patience by upgrading the site when we are trying to do something on the site  2. It doesn't happen all the time though. Usually when it does, Fencer is online and changing the site settings or something. That message doesn't even last a minute, so it goes away very quickly. |
