My friend who has the 'DB Disappearing Message' problem uses MSNTV.....

What is the solution for her?

The Usurper: Highlighting the area where the text would be, should at least show the message. Not the best solution, but it's SOMEthing. (Highlighting it as though you are going to copy and paste it)

rod03801: I'll pass this on as an interim solution until a better can be found. She says she also plans to post her problem in the WebTV f/s and hopefully get some help there. Thanks for the tip!
