well ..looking on the bright side of things, less polar bears should mean more seals for the Canadians to hunt and club..right???

Tuesday & GTCharlie: We already do pay to see some animals as they are so rare. In some cases due to hunting, etc some species need to be bred for introduction back into the wild.

I prefer the open park zoo's and animal sanctuary's. Good to see lion's roam somewhat.

Tuesday:I agree. the days of zoos and circus should be over.. leave the animals alone.. like that orca incident recently.. they're called "KILLER WHALES''... let them swim in the ocean.. leave them be

Tuesday: Have no ever seen the Mosco State Circus? No animals involved except for in a magicians act. Doves ect. The performers are absolutely brilliant! Most circus,s I have seen very rarely involve animals now.
