even if B Itch had to make another forced move of 1, 21-22 would have been nice and safe anyway so even if you were right about the dice, still would not have made any difference

If you want to play a game with an opponent of a similar level, you can define a required BKR range for a new game invitation. Then nobody with a BKR outside this range will be able to see/accept it. (Katechka)
