Unfortunately, I would agree that you should win that, but with the present rules, you will be losing your queen in a couple of moves and they will gain a queen and you will most likely lose the game

If you want to play a game with an opponent of a similar level, you can define a required BKR range for a new game invitation. Then nobody with a BKR outside this range will be able to see/accept it. (Katechka)
