Fencer: Some months ago there was a discussion about having the option to have a Mini-Boss in a Fellowship, that would have all the power of the BigBoss except being able to delete it. Is this still going to go ahead when you have time

pauloaguia:  No, I see now it apparently can't be done.  I was working from memory (having no waiting games) so I couldn't check the screen before posting.  Looks like you can only change the default setting for one of the two boxes, the other by default will always be set for "next game".  I don't find it burdensome to pick a game off the drop-down list, but then I almost always just play them in the order they come up.

However, the left hand menu always includes a link to the Main Page, so I don't see the problem even now.

I would like to have two buttons. One stay here and one go to maín page when i do my move. Its a bit annoying to change what i want in the scroll list. When i play dark chess or battleboat i want to stay. When i play normal chess or ludo i want to go to main page.

Subject: Default invitation settings
It would be useful to be able to save your favorite settings for game invitations.  For example, I usually invite people to play backgammon matches with the doubling cube, and a time limit of 3 days with standard vacations.  It would be nice to be able to make a string of invitations without having to change those settings.  Alternatively, the system could save the last settings used.

Subject: Time remaining when it becomes my turn
I would like to see a column on the main page for how much time I have left while it is my opponent's turn. This would be really helpful in a game timed with a Fischer clock or a game without vacations allowed.

I think just to the right of the "Time Left" column would be a good place for it. It could be headed with "Your Time Left" or something similar. For the standard move time limit, the column would just have the time per move in it. The colored dots would would still be there to help you know what's going on without having to visit each game to check. This would be really helpful for planning on leaving for the weekend or a business trip.

I'll have to agree, this is the wrong place to be discussing flaming, baiting and or moderating issues. I'm not sure if a pawn can hide another user on a public board ( I was only a pawn for the first day i was on bk)

MadMonkey: pawns that are in fellowships was once a paying member , its upto the big boss if they remain in the fellowship after they become a pawn (the pawn cannot see anything unless they pay for membership again)

As for Gentlegiant101 he was moderated thats what he is complaining about ;)

Would it be possible to extend the "Block users" feature to the discussion boards? I was a victim of "flaming" by means of a person intentionally taking a post of mine out of context and deforming it's real intent. I felt as if I was treated with a great amount of disrespect by this person which I don't want to have to experience in the future if I was to discuss on YOUR boards. This IS a possible thing to achieve as it was done on another game site with "discussion boards".
Thanks for your consideration on this issue. because as was stated on the other site "there are all kinds of weirdos on the net....some of whom will join these sites with ulterior motives!"

Would it be possible to have access to the Context menu items through a drop menu like the games in the top left corner, so we could access it from any page ?

This way we could still have cut/paste enabled on our mouse.

When I look at the profile for a player, and check tournaments won, I get a list of all the tournament that person won. However, if I want to see what games, I have to choose "Show chess" or similar. Is there any way to get a summary like 5 chess tournaments won, 2 Backgammon, 3 Battleboat etc?!

If not, it would be great if it was possible!

Thanks for reading!

I would like a number to show up(in a different color then red) beside the names of my fellowship to tell me if some one wrote a message in one of the other boards. I know I can add the boards to my favorite list but this doesn't work if I don't notice a new board was created.

Currently, the list of games where it's not my turn, indicates how much time the opponent has to make his move.
I would, however, prefer if it indicated how much time I would have if the opponent would make his move now.

The reason behind my proposal is that when I log out, I would like to know when do I have to log in again in order not to timeout. In games where it's my turn, it's easy to see the minimal time left. However in games where it's the opponent's turn, there is not much use in knowing that the opponent has 10 days left if I have only 10 hours left and the opponent might make his move the moment after I have logged out. The only way to be on the safe side is by clicking through all the games where it's not my turn and that is unreasonably inconvenient.

How about option of selecting favourite games or known invitations... I would like to have # of invitations and #of invitations in games that interests me
