YOUTUBE has changed the way it codes it's Video Embed's. To make it work now you must right-click on the Video itself, and select 'Copy Embed HTML'. The Embed link under the Video does NOT work at present on BrainKing.

Please note - ANY material posted here deemed offensive or plagiarized will be removed immediately. The posting user(s) will be banned. This is not negotiable. Plagiarism is posting any original writings of another person without proper reference. Such material will be removed to avoid copyright infringements.

Yeah, Jim the Dandiest, I figgered it out! Now to figure out how to make text act normal in the regular text editor.

For all those who want to know how to embed YouTube videos here:

Change to the plain text editor.
Go out to YouTube, or any other site that offers embed code,
On YouTube, it is just below the URL box.
Click on the embed code (starts with <object width....)
Right click and copy, or use CTRL-C
Come to the Music Board (it only works here, in Notepad, and personal profiles)
Right click and paste or use CTRL-V to get the code in the text box.
Click on send, and voila!! The video has been populated on the Music Board.

I hope he knows that there are other sites than You Tube you can embed videos from and since this is a public board i think

it would be a good idea if he (or a moderator) had to approve the videos first.

Andersp: Of course, the Globs frequent this board. But, we are, so far, self-policing. We have added 2 moderators so that we have better coverage. I am looking to add a couple more in different time zones to increase our chances of catching offensive videos. There are a lot of good people who come here to post. I honestly do not expect a problem.

Please, however, feel free to message me, or any of the other moderators if you see something that offends you.

I think i've seen a lot of people who think its cool to post very disguisting staff.

What does it help if they are banned if the videos have been here a cpl of hours, the damage is already done?

Cant be so much job for Fencer and his Globs to approve the videos before they are posted, we are not talking about hundreds a day

You Tube recommends kids under 13 to NOT visit their website

;;;;;; If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the YouTube Website—there are lots of other great web sites for you. Talk to your parents about what sites are appropriate for you......

we have a lot of players who are under 13 as far as i know
