Sample: Nick Klaun played and won 5 games. One opponent has BKR cca 1800 and for between 1100-1400. And Klaun has BKR 2121 :-)))))). Anyway, a bad rating system is unfair, but not so much as using programs, or asking friends to play their games. Oh, and Stardust is right: who cares about BKR? In a "place" where people get happy for winning for timeout, it's everything already said! Once again, "BK system" supports that, there's no option to ask to our oponnent to re-instate the game... Even glob mod's keep on with Mr. Purple "way" (or politics). There are a few couples and friends keeping "Brainking System" (that's like in politic, precisly), and other ones are silenced or ignored.
