Oh no. Not again. How many times do I have to repeat it? What is not officially announced is not official. Did I ever make an official announcement about User Agreement? Of course not. It is not finished, there were always more important things to do.

Does that mean, that the current User Agreement doesn't count as such is written on this site for now? Does it mean, we don't have a User Agreement right now?
