This implies TRUST * But two black rooks and simply offer the other the other one the second membership. This one is KIND * Send a message to Fencer asking the best way to send him the money. When he gets 150€ from both parties he gives them both a Black Rook. This is SAFE... of course, you have to trust Fencer ;) 30.
