Fasting blood sugar is no food or anything to drink after midnite,only water is allowed. Watch the sugar and the carbs,pasta,potato,bread. Carbs take the longest to digest and turn right to sugar.Anything with white flour. Watch for thirst,excessive hunger,fatigue.Does the Dr have you checking your sugar? 2.
