Is it an indoor plant? I know that rex begonias can be tricky as too much or too little water can kill them quickly. Also it is suseptible to spider mite infestation. 3. They are tiny and difficult to see but the webs are a dead giveaway.  Insecticidal soap is sold at any nursery or garden store and is not harmful to the enviornment. You must spray several times per the instructions on the label to be effective and kill the adults and the larvae. Good luck! 4.
