NOT a floosie
I think that's true partly. But the CSR's are also there to help everyone. No matter what country they are in. They are there so people can ask questions. I'm sure there are probably countries that it is hard for people to use Paypal or some other means that is currently in place for them to become a member here, but I think it would probably be impossible for Fencer to have a representative in every country.

I know I've asked questions to three CSR's at different times. One of them was not in my country. That person still was helpful.

I just think that if for some reason one or more of the CSR's put me on their ignore list, it must be for a reason. Either I was rude, or said off color things, or whatever. If that happened would I really want to go to that person for help anyway? I don't think so!

It's just my opinion, and I'm sure there are at least a hundred different opinions out there as to whether the CSR's should be allowed to have an enemy list. I feel like they should be allowed to just like any other paying member here. If ever a time should come that they become and "employee" of Brainking, then my opinion might change.
