Carpe Diem: since I logged in first in 2011, after Carpe, and have numbers over 2000 it can't be that it counts only old games. also, the numbers change over time, so something is calculated - just no the right thing. I guess a quick look at the code would easily find the issue, but we don't have the code...
Aganju: That's a plausible theory. And there's no reason the offset has to be one - IE it could be players with an ID 10, 100, 2567 more or less than our own. :) Something only Fencer would be able to determine. Clandestine could also be on to something, but it would indeed have to be a long-standing bug.

Aganju: I thought it just stopped working years ago. But since Carpe has zeros across the board and first logged in sometime in 2009, that would mean it hasn’t worked since then. My totals are just over 7800 completed games under statistics. But I can see by my profile that I’m closing in on 21,000 completed games.
Although, I would venture a guess that I completed 7800 games around 2011 not 2009. But it’s possible.
Carpe Diem: i spent several hours yesterday, downloaded all my data, and tried around how the wrong numbers could be made up, but found no way. It must be accessing the wrong fields or something, because there is no way to add up any combination of my completed games to get to this total. And after seeing your 0 0 0 0 - it seems it is looking at something completely different. Maybe some other player's data - the one with the id next to you?

Am I missing something, or is this just not correct? If you check under Statistics/Finished Games, at the bottom, your personal count is listed. However, this seems to show a far too small number for me (2260) - with only Backgammon, Nackgammon, and Fevga added up, I have already more than the shown number. Is there a filter applied ('last year'?) or something??
Am unable to login on my desktop and have requested a link to reset but despite BK sending this twice it does not work. If I cannot get this sorted I shall be leaving BK as it is too much bother to play on my cell phone.
cd power: I started Feb 23, 2003 and I figure I’m at least 5 years out from 1 million moves if I move daily and this site continues on. So congrats on the 1 million moves, it’s a feat that not many have accomplished. I’m pretty certain I won’t make it there.
for some reason cannot play here this morning my games are so slow loading havent had this problm here in a long time guess I will try back later everywhere else is super fast
ketchuplover: if you are referring to the ORIGINAL FLAME pit....as far as I can remember it was put up so people can have a damned you arguement...It was ferocious...No holds barred....the name was changed for some reason long forgotten and the person that was in charge left or didnt want to be boss so the name was changed to the above.....but it was a long time ago...more than 25 years i think.....Maybe boss man Butch can answer your q....But the ORIGINALS was made for old timers , all friends (NOW) and people who had een here since way way back....I have been here since 1998
Bugaevsky_S: possibly because Fencer the owner said that nothing will be done to the site unless it is a bad error and that was about a million years ago hahahaha, try and read the notes history....someone else will be able to tell you i dont bother with all that crap
Smiler.: That person posted yesterday or the day before. They were moderated, of course. But that doesn't always keep it off of the Discussion board main page. It should be gone now
Bernice: I give you an example : You got 6 dice with the value 1, you got 6 dice with the value 2, you got 6 dice with the value 3, you got 6 dice with the value 4, you got 6 dice with the value 5, you got 6 dice with the value 6, You got all the values so you got this achievement. For example : before the achievement, you didn't get 6 dice with the value 3, but you certainly got 6 dice several times with the value 6. Do you understand now ?
Bernice: You got this achievement because you made 6 dice with all the possible values. I think that you didn't succeed in doing all the different values of the dice before.
