I win at love, because in my lifetime, I have been honest, I have been caring, I have been Loyal, which is a lot more then I can say for some that I have been with. The greatest love of my life has been with my long time wife, who unfortunately is terminally ill. It is through taking care of her and loving her in her pain and her fears that i found out "how deep is your love". I have learned that although this is the worst time of my life, that i wouldn't have missed it for the world. The things that people say and do when they know that they are not long in the world, at least in my wifes case, have touched me clear to the bone. She is without a doubt the most forgiving and loving person that I have ever known, and I know that her place is reserved for her in heaven.
Regrettfully now I must add to this. Last Saturday Feb 18 2006. My wife Annie passed away, she was forty one years old. She left behind myself and six very beautiful children. From oldest to youngest Carla, Reeanna, Timothy, Katricia, LeRoy, and our little one Jonah. They and I shall always miss her, but in our hearts we know that she is no longer in pain and she joins our oldest daughter Jennifer Desiree. In fact today would have been Jennifers 21st birthday. So I suppose they are celebrating together in heaven. Rest in Peace my beautiful bride, i shall see you when my father takes me home.
