BrainKing has a lot of potential. I would very much like to see it become the kind of gaming site that I could pay for. When I first joined in 2005, that seemed like a possibility. Now it seems unlikely. But you may yet surprise me. Other chess variants do have the boundary in a non-white colour. Now you cannot see you're playing a different game than normal chess by just glancing at the border. The state of what has been done so far can be viewed here. Some font sizes aren't correct, and the list-of-games-where-it-is-not-your-turn is in the wrong color and without border. Fencer: I have to be honest and say there is not much I like about it all. The colours are too pale some text in some areas is too small. I have tried all choices and I have to say I prefer the old version. I guess I will get used to it in time. I understand that different people can treat this thing in different ways but no solution can be good enough for everyone. That's why there is the option to turn off the ads at all.
