If it's a single game (or another fixed number) then as others wrote, the one with the lower ranking goes through. But if the match type is one win, in case of a draw, there's a rematch. It took me a while to figure this out. I see it in the way of a redactional finesse, or a matter of design, no big thing, I just don't want to see any of them, as they seem to repeatedly reappear. Personally, I like seeing the fellowship polls I am eligible to vote in, there. If you don't like the polls that are being generated by a certain fellowship, why be in it? Just leave the fellowship.
