Hannelore: could it be because the only legal move is 6-3-2, which is very bad for you, so you didn't try it? All others will not allow you to move the 1, so they are illegal.

We are looking for players for a double round robin Berolina Chess tournament.

I am playiing in a tournament where one section is finished, and the other section, where there is already a winner, has two games which looks like they could take another year or more to finish at the current rate. Mow I might not live that long, which will frag out the tournament another three years as everybody waits for me to movel. Is there SOME way to get a tournament moving when the players who are holding it up have ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF MOVING TO THE NEXT ROUND!

Just be careful what kind of tournaments you sign :)

OK Everyone, well I guess quite a few of us are stuck at home for the foreseeable future

So I thought I would set some Tournaments up to try to pass the time

Hopefully something for everyone, so feel free to join in

The first 3 are all, 3 day, standard vacation, and start on the 30th March...

Elimination (3 day)

Triple Gammon (3 day)

2 game for each 2 players (3 day)

Next we have a couple of 1 day, 12 hours (NO DAYS OFF), start 30th March...

Elimination (1 day 12, NO DAYS OFF)

2 game for each 2 players (1 day 12 NO DAYS OFF)

I will see how these get on, and go from there...

If anyone wants anything different set up, please give me a shout (or just set it up lol)
