BTW, I wrote a poem on the whole thing and it's in Debate. Go there...it's a bit rough but you can work it. :)

I've always understood it to be a pawn winner. That is the point of the tourney (ok, the real point is $ for BK, but the pawn thing is part of the big picture).

And I'm not mad and I still disagree with the decision to remove MM and Steve. They could have had posting privledges removed first. They are first and foremost customers of BK. Just my Opinion. Welcome to the Former Hot Head's Club. I'm president.

clean up BK tourney? I wanted to ask him a ?? but am still on his enemy list. It's silly LJ. Supporting Steve and MM's return has nothing to do with being "against" Fencer or anyone. It's the right thing to do. As for supporting Fencer and BK, I suggest people forget about LJ's tournament (it's a farce in my opinion) and join the one that will truly bring in money. I'm in the one to bring back Steve and MM and also in the one to bring BK in money. I've sponsored a few others to play in that tournament too. It's arrogant to suggest that just because many want Steve and MM back that they are somehow against BK.

And while you're at it, join the "BRING BACK STEVE AND MAD MONEKY" tournament and let's have some fun playing and support getting them back. Let's get over this sillyness soon and all of us realize there are two sides to this situation and need for apologies all around. And for the record, I consider Harley a friend and wouldn't want to be in her shoes for anything right now. But I consider BWild, Backoff, BBW, Linda J and the lot of you friends too (and me and Bernice are great friends...remember when I was the biggest Jerk to her??). (Slam I love...he's so cute). one thing for a tournament, and then just before starting it, change everything. Just because it is allowed under the "rules" doesn't mean it meets the spirit of the rules. The rules were never intended to allow for this sort of abuse. People are upset. Tournaments are for the players, not the person who starts the tournament. If someone advertises "fast start..first five....3 day limit" and then changes it to first 10 and a 30 day limit without letting the players know, it's simply wrong. It's a bit arrogant, IMO, to decieve people and then cite the "rules" as a defence for the misleading falsehood.

I hope I don't offend anyone with my decision to remove LJ from this tournament. I'm really bothered by what I've read below with people being removed from his tournament. It might seem inconsistent then that I've removed him from mine but, I tried to PM him about my concerns and see that I am on his enemy's list. Odd. I've not said anything to him to warrent that. So, since he has prevented me from discussing this with him, and since there are some who have entered my tournament with whom he has ongoing issues, I have to question his motive in entering the tournament in the first place. Therefore in the interest of others and in the interest of keeping this tournament fun for all, I have removed him. I hope in doing so, and by stating my reasons, I have not offended anyone.

Bumble, if this post is innappropriate for this forum, let me know and I'll delete it. But I wanted others to know what I did so there can be no spin on my motives.
