lately i installed a new torrent client (azureus) which was recommended to me by someone on here .. still have to play with it for real :)
hmm i dont know .. i looked a bit on google but couldnt find a sing that rang a bell .. i vaguely know there is a song i know from her .. which should be the song you are looking for .. but so far no title pops up in my head :)
harley:
The song was Only Love.
Yes that is her, she is my favourite, I have been a fan of hers for over 30 years and have never met anyone on here who had heard of her.
LOL our posts crossed, Mousetrap! I found it at Amazon from Hrqls' post. I must admit thats the only song of hers I really remember, if it hadn't been for that one, i probably wouldn't have heard of her either. I'll have to look into other things she's done.
cariad:
Yes I seen her in concert 3 times, she is as good as ever, I think she is 71 this year. And her daughter sings as good as if not better than her.
When I think of Nana Mouskouri I always think of the White Rose of Athens as 'her' song.
((Weiße Rosen aus Athen)
(Roses blanches de Corfou)
(Rosa d'Atene)
(San sfirixis tris fores)
Yes, I saw her in concert last year. She looks great and sounds wonderful!
