scoobydoo.. please never feel bad about falling off the wagon.... We have all done it at sometime...We wouldn't be human otherwise.... Tomorrow is another day.... a fresh start.. The more you worry about it... the harder it becaomes.. its like a battle going on in our heads.. we know what we are supposed to be doing... but just cant quite get the hang of it...
Musiclover... weightloss can vary from day to day....I have always been told to weigh yourself once a week at about the same time of day.... having eaten and drunk about the same too....
Idealy for me, I weigh in the morning after my first cup of tea!!!! lol (thats the time of the class I go to!!!!!) I have weighed myself a few days before.. and have seemed to of gained.... but generally I have lost!
I am like you, look at food and gain weight ......lol but if I eat the good foods I am fine :)
Just eating the right foods should see you not gaining too much weight... but when we get craving during pregnancy its sometimes hard to keep the weight down! LOl..
I am sure you will be ok...

Also we need to show some others that 'healthy eating' is not exactly a 'diet'.. it will and does become a way of life!
I was at my ideal weight after losing about 40lb for some years...but due to health problems have gained it all back and more.... I am now justy starting to 'diet' again, be eating sensibly...
I go to a slimming class to help give me the support i need... Others can do it on their own.. also with boeards like this now, it is a help too...
