Stinger (not so) Classic various games tournament (オープン二抜き連珠 - ルールを表示する)
This tourney is meant for those who want to play against people who they feel they might have a chance to beat. Therefore, the cutoff BKR will be at 1300. If I remember (and that's a big IF), I will remove players from the tourney who were under 1300 BKR when they signed up, but managed to go over that rating when the tourney starts. If you are affected by this, I hope you're not offended. The games I have chosen are games in which I wish to improve in myself.
